These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the digital products offered by OT Toolkit through the website ot-toolkit.pro and its related pages. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. What we sell

OT Toolkit produces and sells 100% digital educational materials for occupational therapists, other professionals and parents working with children: pediatric occupational therapy activity libraries, sensory and motor exercises, printable resources, session plans and reference guides, delivered as PDF files, support videos and other downloadable formats through an online access area.

All materials are created in-house by our own team. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no third-party suppliers involved.

2. Delivery

Access is delivered immediately after payment approval, through two parallel channels:

you are redirected to a confirmation page that already gives you direct access to your materials; and
the same access link is sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you cannot find your access email, please check your spam or promotions folder first, and then write to contact@ot-toolkit.pro. We will resend your access.

3. Payment and pricing

Payments are processed through our online checkout by regulated payment providers, including PayPal and credit card processors. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Prices are displayed on the purchase page before payment, in the currency indicated there, and any optional add-on is presented as a separate item with its own price before you confirm.

4. License of use

When you purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials in your own professional practice or with the children in your care, including printing the materials as many times as you need for that purpose.

You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to file-sharing platforms, or claim authorship of the materials, in whole or in part. The content remains the intellectual property of OT Toolkit.

5. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details, and how to request a refund, are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Educational purpose and disclaimer

OT Toolkit materials are educational and supportive resources. They are not medical devices, they do not provide a diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for professional occupational therapy, medical or psychological evaluation and treatment.

Results vary from case to case and depend on how the activities are selected and applied. Decisions about the care of a child should always be made together with a qualified professional.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or access areas, and not to circumvent any technical measure that protects the content.

8. Availability

We work to keep the access area online at all times. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If you lose access for any reason, contact us and we will restore it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products or in applicable law. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the version in force.
